TRACKED Brievenbus pakketjes and larger parcels are shipped with PostNL. Expected delivery time 2-3 working days
WITHOUT TRACKING Only applicable for orders that meet the size and weight criteria of PostNL.
These orders take aprox 2-3 working days to arrive, but keep in mind some delays due to the post.
EU ORDERS
TRACKED EU orders are shipped with PostNL. Expected delivery time around 5 working days
WITHOUT TRACKING Only applicable for orders that meet the size and weight criteria of PostNL.
These orders take aprox 5 working days to arrive, but keep in mind some delays due to the post.
OUTSIDE EU / UK, US, CANADA, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND
TRACKED Shipped with PostNL. These orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive, please keep this in mind when ordering
REST OF THE WORLD
Unfortunately I do not ship worldwide at the moment.
However if you live somewhere beyond the normal shipping reach send me an email and we can probably work something out!
PACKAGING
Orders in NL get shipped in a flat cardboard mailer made for prints. Most international orders get shipped in a poster tube to keep your print extra safe in transit. This does mean you have to uncurl your print. One night under a heavy stack of books does the trick and makes them ready to be framed.
I take great care in wrapping your order in suitable packaging so it will arrive safely at your doorstep. If something does happen to your order in transit that damages it please contact me and we will work out a suitable solution.
CUSTOMS + IMPORT TAXES
Orders to The Netherlands and most EU countries are free of import taxes. However when you live outside of the EU taxes may apply. As the buyer you are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply in your country.
